If you would have asked me when I first started my career why I chose the construction industry, the answer would have been simple. I joined this industry, because I wanted to build magnificent buildings and admire the work.
Twenty-five years later, if you were to ask me the same question, my answer would be very different. I no longer simply want to build buildings and admire them. There is so much more to it.
I now realize the reason I am so passionate about this industry is because I am not just building structures, but — rather — I am building opportunities, performance, relationships, culture and excitement.
I believe that this change in attitude has helped our team achieve successes that have been recognized by the industry and affirmed our approach and work.
